SANACEL® add fibre blends as well as apple, potato and barley fibres also contain soluble dietary fibres which can retain a lot of water through the swelling effect and can therefore strengthen the saturation effect of foods. Soluble dietary fibres act prebiotic. They are fermented in the intestines and serve the healthy gut flora as energy source.
