SANACEL® dietary fibers are natural plant based ingredients for the food industry with high nutritional value, and an excellent variety of functional properties. Mechanical reduction leads to products of different fiber lengths with different characteristic properties defined for each fiber length.

SANACEL® dietary fiber concentrates have a positive effect on the calculation of the Nutri-Score and can therefore contribute to a better Nutri-Score of the product. The Nutri-Score was developed to provide consumers with a simple and understandable source of information about the nutritional values of the food. A colour-coded scale enables consumers to see at a glance whether a product contains more or less healthy ingredients.
