SANACEL® dietary fibres increase the nutritional value of any food. Wheat fibres, oat fibres or powdered cellulose are insoluble, low in calories and totally inert to other substances. In powdery products, such as spices, premixes for the bakery and meat industry, instant drinks or packed soups these SANACEL® fibres are particularly suitable as free-flowing and anti-caking Agent.
SANACEL® acts as a carrier for flavours and is used to improve the flow ability and to avoid lumping. Especially effective act SANACEL® dietary fibres in hygroscopic, fats or oils containing powders.
