Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining contact with our worldwide customers and sales partners
- Recording, creating, and archiving all relevant inquiry and offer data
- Monitoring delivery dates, payment transactions, and ERP entries (master data maintenance)
- Supporting travel and trade fair preparations as well as customer seminars at home and abroad
- Collaborating with our global sales companies and partners
- Preparing presentations, evaluations, statistics, and departmental correspondence
What We Are Looking For
- Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or equivalent education/training
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with common MS Office products, and ideally experience in export business
- Commitment and reliable working methods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
