SANACEL® dietary fibre concentrates enable to a simple dietary fibre enrichment in deep frozen products, as well as an increase in freezing and thawing stability. Due to the high dry matter content, smaller crystals are formed during the freezing process, thus preventing destruction of the product matrix. Objectives such as improving storage stability or quality can be easily achieved and syneresis is successfully prevented with SANACEL® products. The extreme thermal and functional stability of insoluble fibres opens up new possibilities in frozen products and offers uncomplicated use in applications.
