SANACEL® - Basis of a balanced nutrition

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends a dietary fiber intake of at least 30-35 g per day. Scientific studies have shown that dietary fiber has a number of direct and preventive effects on our bodies. A high fiber intake is associated with a reduction in the overall mortality risk (risk of death) and lowers the risk of dying from cardiovascular diseases or cancer. Our digestion in particular benefits from the positive effects, e.g. the influence on the transit time of food in the stomach and intestines, the satiety effect and the prebiotic effect.
