    SENSOCEL® fibres are natural plant fibres based on a natural pure cellulose polymer, gained during a particularly gentle manufacturing process from different plants like beech, bamboo, wheat, oat and sugar cane. A wide range of applications characterises SENSOCEL® fibres. They can be used as a texturiser, moisture-regulating agent or as a replacement for synthetic based fibres. SENSOCEL® fibres are 100 % biodegradable under fresh water conditions (according to ISO 14851).

    • SENSOCEL® fibres have a high binding capacity for water and oil, which enables an ideal absorption and moisture regulation in cosmetic formulations. Because of their particle structure SENSOCEL® fibres are able to form a fibre network to stabilise emulsions, gels and serums.

    • shear-stable in viscous mediums

    SENSOCEL® fibres are available in different particle sizes. As of their insolubility in oil and water the plant fibres can be dispersed at any formulating step regardless of the temperature and pH value.
