TOPCEL-fiber pellets are made from TECHNOCEL-fibers specially developed for road construction. The shearing forces in the mixer during the premix phase cause the TECHNOCEL-fibers to detach from the pellet and distribute themselves homogeneously in the mix.

The form of the pellet improves the flow properties of TECHNOCEL and provides exact dosing from the silo storage. TOPCEL is added without bitumen binder in its pure additive form.
