QUALICEL is derived from the fiber rich parts of the bamboo plant and, therefore, is a 100 % natural product. This fiber concentrate consists mainly of cellulose. QUALICEL is insoluble in oil just as in water.
Our QUALICEL-fibers are available from very fine (20 - 25 µm) up to rather coarse (< 1000 µm) particle sizes and thus find many different applications in foods as well as in neutraceuticals. QUALICEL is manufactured to HACCP-standards and complies with the applicable foods legislation.
