SANACEL® pea is a fibre, which is made by a particularly gentle production from the yellow inner pea. SANACEL® pea is directly produced after harvesting and has therefore limited seasonal availability. The declaration of SANACEL® pea is „pea fibre". Please consider the specific food approval regulations and laws about the declaration of foods valid in your country.

- viscosity-enhancing
- good water binding capacity
- dietary fibre content of about 60%
Potential applications of SANACEL® pea:

- in fat-reduced products, reduction of dry mouth feel
- vacuum-packed products (counteraction to syneresis)
